"Silent Night" Story Chair

This classic song holds a special place in my heart at Christmas time: hearing this song as a little girl who loved the "peacefulness" of Christmas.  I curl up on the couch at night when all was quiet and admire the beauty of our Christmas tree - the lights, all of our unique ornaments that told our family story, and listen to this song.  

The chair is created on a vintage doll chair.  It measures 11.5" H X 5"D X 5"W.  Decoupage and embellishments of fancy yarn, bells, and metallic bows are used.  A pewter candle holder is attached to the seat with a removable battery operated, red glittery tea light.

This classic Christmas song touches everyone in so many ways.  It is sure to bring joy to some one under your tree this Christmas.
